Changes or additions to posted orders are not made.

REFERENCE POLICY

A prerequisite for product return is to have in your possession the relevant purchase document proving the transaction (e.g., Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice/Shipment Invoice, etc.), as well as to contact tel.210.8981004 before proceeding to return the product. 

1) Defective Products / Wrong Products 

In case of a defective product call us at +30 210 8981004 to find out how to replace the product. Our Company will replace the product if the requirements of the law are met and the company's return policy conditions are met. 

Below we give you the terms and ways of returning non-defective products in cases where a mistake has been made by us:

  1. The date of receipt of the order with the date of submission of the application for return shall not exceed 7 days.

  2. The request must be made in writing by e-mail to klairr.cosmetics@gmail.com stating relevant details as well as telephone, so that an executive of our company can contact the customer for clarifications. 

  3. The product has not been opened or used and is in its original (factory) condition in which it was delivered to you and is included in its original packaging. Once received, his condition will be checked and if he does not meet the above conditions, the refund will not be accepted. The final decision on the condition of the product belongs to our company.

  4. In any case, the product to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding sales document and packed in the box where you received your order.

  5. Note: In case of return of products at the customer's request and if the above conditions are met, the customer is charged exclusively with the transportation costs.

2) Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation.
 

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you acquired or a third party (other than the carrier and indicated by you) acquired physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform our company, based in Koropi, A.Panton 1, POX 314 ,Greece (email: ) klairr.cosmetics@gmail.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g. letter to be sent by e-mail). 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The purchased products must be returned to their original condition accompanied by the relevant sales document (proof - invoice).

If the purchase was made by credit/debit card, bank deposit or PayPal, a transaction will be cancelled and the consumer's account updated (credit) within 30 days.

CAUTION: In any case, before taking any action, please contact us by phone at 210 8981004 or by email on klairr.cosmetics@gmail.com to guide you on the steps you need to take depending on the problem you are experiencing.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund the money we received from you relating to the cost of the products, excluding delivery costs or other additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method or payment method (delivery) at additional cost, without undue delay and in any case within 30 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will execute the above refund using the same payment instrument that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such a refund. In the case of cash on delivery you must provide us with the account to which you want the deposit to be made. "We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the goods back." You must send the goods back or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of the day you have told us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will incur the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods (The products should be handled and examined in the manner in which you would be allowed to carry them out in a physical store).

 

 

Process & Ways to Return Products

1. Shipment of product:

You can send us the product by following the following procedure:

First pack the product in the box in which you received your order or in a corresponding box so as not to alter the product (and not in a bag).

In the package you place the withdrawal/return form completed and finally you send the package, taking into account the Return Department.

Order cancellations:

Once you register your order on our website or place your order by phone, it is possible to cancel it
a) after the e-mail order on klairr.cosmetics@gmail.com, if it is sent and received by klairr.cosmetics@gmail.com
b) With an update on the tel. +30 210 8981004, provided that the products have NOT been delivered for shipment.

Comments
The klairr.com reserves the right to legally repeal or amend its return policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.

In the event of repeated refunds by the consumer, klairr.com reserves the right to refuse to accept a product refund because of an abuse of the right to withdraw or replace our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Article 281 CC).

If the legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for accepting the return of a product are not met, then this will be refunded to the consumer, who will bear the costs of packaging and shipping.

Various
Availability: For all products contained in the company's klairr.com there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse. So you will be able to find out very easily before you place your order which of our products are available in our warehouses and directly deliverable, which products are not readily available but we expect on a fixed date to receive them from our suppliers. However, you can send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses and we will contact you by e-mail and/or phone, within a reasonable period of time, to inform you of the possible time of receipt of the product by the supplier and its subsequent delivery to you. In this case, you may, if you feel that this period does not satisfy you, request the withdrawal of an order for the product in question.

In any case it must be made clear that the above delivery time of your order also depends on the availability of the products present in our warehouses.

In case any of the products in your order are not available, you can proceed either to the cancellation of this order or to the shipment of the remaining available products. 

Please note that in each order each customer can enter a quantity of up to 5 pieces from each code.

Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the specified time we will inform you by e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order.
